I. Training Background and Objectives
Safe production is the cornerstone of a company's stable development. To further strengthen enterprises' primary responsibility for safe production and enhance the safety awareness and practical skills of all employees, Hangzhou Yangshi Industrial Co., Ltd., taking advantage of Safety Production Month, has planned and launched a company-wide special training session on safe production, themed “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies, and Let’s Identify Safety Hazards Around Us.” The aim of this systematic training is to ensure that safety knowledge is deeply understood and firmly embedded in the minds of employees, thereby effectively improving their safety literacy and risk-prevention capabilities.

II. Training Content and Implementation
This training session features a special lecture by Teacher Feng. The course is closely aligned with actual production practices and unfolds step by step from three core dimensions:
- Case warnings serve as a wake-up call: By reviewing typical safety production accident cases within the industry, reconstructing the sequence of events, and analyzing the causes and consequences, employees can directly recognize the grave dangers posed by non-compliant operations and a lack of safety awareness, thereby strengthening their safety mindset and building a solid defense against safety risks.
- Clear Requirements for Accountability: Provide a detailed interpretation of the core components of the safety production responsibility system, clearly define the safety responsibilities for each position and each stage, and promote the implementation of the concept that "everyone is responsible for safety."
- Troubleshooting Hazard Identification Methods: Combining real-world scenarios from the plant area, this session will explain how to identify common safety hazards at the production site, impart troubleshooting techniques and rectification procedures, and enable employees to acquire practical skills in "identifying hazards and eliminating risks."
The entire training session adopted a “case study explanation + interactive Q&A” approach. Employees actively participated in the discussions and asked the instructor questions about safety issues they encountered in their daily production. The training atmosphere was vibrant, and the learning outcomes were remarkable.
III. Training Outcomes and Significance
This company-wide safety training is an important step taken by Hangzhou Yangshi Industrial Co., Ltd. to deepen its safety training system. Through the active participation and systematic learning of all employees, not only have workers further mastered knowledge of safe production and emergency response skills, but their sense of safety responsibility has also been significantly strengthened. In the future, the company will continue to integrate safety training into daily production and operations, regularly conduct various safety education activities, and continually reinforce the safety protection network, thereby establishing a solid safety barrier for the company’s high-quality development.
