Safety Knowledge Competition

Release time:

2026-01-23

June marks the National Safety Production Month. To thoroughly implement the theme of this month—“Comply with the Law on Safety Production and Take the Lead as the Primary Person in Charge”—and to strengthen safety awareness among all employees, enhance their knowledge base, and improve their practical response capabilities, our company has carefully planned and organized a safety knowledge competition. Employees from various departments—including the office, production workshops, and warehouses—are welcome to volunteer for participation. Through this competition, we aim to promote learning through competition and apply what we learn in practice, thereby solidifying the first line of defense for enterprise safety production.

I. Pre-Competition Preparation: Question Bank Development + Self-Study

During the preparation phase of the competition, the company’s safety management department, in collaboration with the production and administrative teams, carefully compiled a question bank covering key topics such as laws and regulations on safe production, job-specific safety operating procedures, detailed guidelines for safe equipment use, emergency response techniques, and internal company case studies of safety incidents.

Three days before the official launch of the competition, the online question bank was fully opened. Employees can scan the QR code with their mobile phones to access the question bank and practice and learn independently. This fragmented learning approach allows everyone to flexibly make use of work breaks and rest periods to reinforce their knowledge. The day before the competition, all departments completed the submission of their lists of participating personnel. The company’s administrative department then organized and verified the registration information to ensure that the competition’s organizational work proceeds smoothly.

II. Competition Implementation: Unified Question-Answering + Fair Competition

Once the competition officially began, all participants scanned the QR code within the designated time to enter the question-answering system. The questions were randomly selected from a comprehensive question bank, ensuring that no two contestants received the same set of questions. This approach not only guaranteed the fairness and impartiality of the competition but also provided a thorough assessment of employees’ proficiency in safety knowledge. Throughout the answering process, participants remained fully focused and carefully read and answered each question. The countdown timer and real-time progress bar displayed on the screen created an atmosphere that was both tense and highly organized.

This competition features two major award categories: individual awards and team awards. For the individual awards, the top three contestants will be selected based on their individual scores, with the top three ranked according to their scores. As for the team awards, employees are free to form teams based on their positions and departments, with no limit on the number of members per team. The top three teams will be determined by their overall team scores. This multi-tiered reward system effectively motivates both individual employees and teams to participate enthusiastically.

III. Competition Outcomes: Learning Through Competition + Strengthening the Defense Line

Immediately after the competition concluded, the company’s safety management department completed the scoring and award selection process and held a brief awards ceremony, presenting honorary certificates and cash prizes to the winning individuals and teams. The award-winning employees unanimously expressed that this competition not only brought them recognition but also enabled them, through the practice of competing, to systematically review and consolidate their job-specific safety knowledge, thereby gaining a clearer understanding of how to prevent safety risks in their daily work.
