Detailed Summary and Review of the Project Implementation

In 2021, the company partnered with Huicheng Enterprise Management to launch the “Introduction of Lean Management” project. This project marked the company’s third consulting-driven reform on its journey toward lean management. According to the initial plan, the project ran from March to September 2021, lasting a total of seven months. During these seven months, the Huicheng Enterprise Management project team members conducted on-site training and guidance at Yang’s Company twice each month, with each session lasting three days. The team made a total of 12 formal on-site visits to the company. The final month was designated as a stabilization phase, during which new activities were planned—primarily focusing on follow-up actions and on-site problem-solving and guidance related to the 12 previous on-site visits.
